Can IGI-2 be played on a MAC (Apple) computer? I play it on my PC, but a friend of mine has a MAC.

nope, that game (and a lot of newer titels since 2000 are not being released for macs anymore....if you like games, get a PC or many of the best titels wont be available to you.
