If i have Titan's Revenge Ceremonial Javelin can I use this formula: 1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + titan's revenge ceremonial and turn it into titan's revenge matriarchal

first of all its called upping
second, yes u can but only if the formula is correct and if ur a ladder only character
