Realm down?!

I got realm down on Saturday and I tried to log in directly when I got it and it didn´t work. Then I tried 9 hours later (because the time was late so I went to sleep) and it still didn´t work!

This has never happened for me before. I have played diablo II lod on battle.net many times and the highest Realm down time for me was around 1-2 hours.

So now is my question, what is the problem and how do I fix it?

Theres a few fixes for this, but for now the more you login the worse its gonna get, wait at least 24 hours 48 hours to be safe till you try logging in. You likly got banned for too many login attempts. You can speed this process up by changing your IP slightly which as I mentioned there are ways to do this that can be found on our website.
